Santo Niño, Cebu City – One of the Oldest churches in the Philippines and the spot where the image of Sto Nino was found in 1565.It houses the Relic of the Sto. Nino given by Ferninand Magellan to Queen Juano.
The crucifix symbol of Christianity was planted back in April 14, 1521 by Ferdinand Magellan. The area was believed to be the spot where the first Christian Filipinos were baptized.
